Dr. Trajkovski has held significant academic and leadership positions, such as the Director of Data Analytics at Touro University and the Lead Academic Program Manager at Western Governors University.
Heather Hayes is an expert in psychometrics and quantitative psychology, currently serving as a Senior Lead Psychometrician at Western Governors University. She holds a Ph.D. in Quantitative Psychology from the Georgia Institute of Technology, with a minor concentration in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
