Swiss Justice in Comparison

What are the operating principles of the jurisdiction of Switzerland? By applying the model of the 'regulatory pyramid', a conceptual framework developed by Richard Devlin and Adam Dodek in their book 'Regulating Judges – Beyond Independence and Accountability' (2016), this study assesses the position of Swiss judges and courts.
