Intersektionelle Benachteiligung und Diskriminierung

Recent empirical findings show that multiple discrimination as well as structural disadvantages belongs to life experiences of many people. However, the current legal situation in the German speaking countries Austria, Germany and Switzerland does not refer to this in an adequate manner. In this compilation, legal practitioners highlight the problems connected to cases of multiple discrimination and especially cases of intersectional discrimination, when interacting motives for discrimination are involved.
