»The Criminal Risks of Physicians in the Context of Preimplantation Diagnostics and Prenatal Diagnostics« This thesis focuses on the question of whether physicians performing preimplantation or prenatal diagnostic examinations are exposed to inappropriate risks of criminal liability due to the legal regulations in Germany. In this context, the research compares the legal requirements with other European countries and further examines whether any risks of criminal liability correspond to the already existing average occupational risk of a physician.
