»Norms in the Lab. H.L.A. Hart's Internal Point of View and Behavioral Economics«: Experimental jurisprudence is an emerging field that attempts to underpin naturalistic legal philosophy with empirical findings. This book contributes to the field by interpreting H.L.A. Hart's internal point of view as a set of empirical hypothesis and evaluates them in light of findings in experimental behavioral economics. Additionally, it presents a new experiment with a specific jurisprudential aim. The results are then compared to other empirical methodologies.
