The book reviews relate to Cicero's Agrarian Speeches, the socio-economic world of the taberna, the social and economic history of Archaic and Classical Greek Sicily, an introduction to Greek numismatics, the Romanisation of Cilicia according to inscriptions, the lex sacra of Selinus and manipulation of the dead in Archaic and Classical times as well as power and public finance in Rome.
