This book introduces the study of the impacts on organizational culture, strategy, technology, human resource development (HRD), transformational leadership, knowledge management, and organizational effectiveness using a hypothesis-driven model. The model posits that organizational culture, technology, strategy, and HRD are essential preconditions for effective knowledge management, which is further enhanced by transformational leadership.
